Terms and Conditions for accommodation at the Bogong Moth Motel

The Motel is a completely No Smoking Motel

This is a non-party motel and Guests that cause disruptions other guests will be asked to leave immediately

Bookings will not be accepted without a valid credit card or full payment at least 24 hours prior to check in date.

A non refundable 5% deposit will be charged at time of booking
Accommodation cannot be cancelled with in 24 hours off check in.
The first nights accommodation charge will be debited to your credit card at 9.30pm on day of arrival if you have not arrived by then.

All pricing is for room only and does not include

Breakfast
Mini bar usage
Internet access
Phone usage
Meals booked back to rooms from outside the motel
Newspapers

Full payment or credit card imprint required at check in.
If departing before 8 am payment required the night before.
The room are not self-contained. No open cooking in rooms.
No Bikes or bike parts are allowed in the rooms.
You will be liable for cleaning cost caused by not obeying the above rules.
Checkout strictly 10am. We do not offer late checkouts if you require the room after 10am you need to book and pay for an extra night.
Any mini bar and phone costs will be charged to your credit card if payment not made at checkout

Group Booking (more than 4 rooms booked by one person)

We require 50% to the total booking with in 14 days of the booking being made which is NON REFUNDABLE this can be paid direct into our bank account or by credit card.
The final 50% is required 14 days before check in and that is also non refundable once paid.

If Booking is made less than 14 days before check in payment required at the time of booking.
